After a fantastic day of singing on 20th April, when we were joined by dozens of other enthusiastic singers join to ‘Sing through the Centuries’ in the Cathedral of the Peak.

We hope that as you read this you were among the many who enjoyed this event either participating or in the audience for the evening performance.

There will be a chance to listen to us again as we sample the goodies at Tideswell Food Fair on 4 May and we will be sharing a concert with Tideswell Community Player on Wednesday 26 June during Wakes week.

Tideswell Singers is a mixed voice non-audition choir which enjoys performing a wide ranging repertoire and welcomes new members.  Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays in Litton Village Hall at 7:30pm.  For more information please visit www.tideswellsingers.org.uk or call Carol Bowns 01298 213577

    Dear Carol and Singers,
25 years ago today we were married at Tidsa church during a Tideswell Singers concert. Followed by a do at The George. We have such happy memories of you and Re delighted the Singing goes on. We are staying B and B at the old vicarage in Tideswell for the next three days so if anyone recognises us grey as we are do say hello.
    With much affection,
    Pam Robinson and Stuart Lennie

Dear Pam – of course I remember you. I now live in Buxton, so won’t see you around the village. But if you are still here, do pop in to the rehearsal at Litton Village Hall on Wednesday or in the Red Lion afterwards!
