Litton Hall presentation

After the usual monthly meeting of the Village Hall Management Committee on July 17th, a surprise presentation was made to the retiring Chairman Henry Radford. He was given a hand-made Snooker Cue and an Apple Tree and also a framed Certificate of Honour making him Honorary President of the Management Committee.

The Vice-Chairman, Arthur Barnsley, spoke of Henry’s involvement with the Hall since the 1980s when he first came to live in the village, and he has been Chairman for many years.
He has worked tirelessly since taking over the Chairmanship. The Hall would not be the great success that it is today without all his hard work and dedication.
He will be greatly missed at the ‘Helm’ of the Committee but he has agreed to take his seat on the ‘Back Benches’.
HAPPY RETIREMENT HENRY from all your friends on LVHMC
