Would you like to help a local person get their English and Maths GCSEs? High Peak Foodbank is looking for learning mentors with some experience of teaching or a higher education qualification to tutor adult learners (one to one) giving them the best chance of achieving these vital qualifications. We’re very grateful for continuedsupport from the Tideswell area for High Peak Foodbank. This month we need deodorant, coffee, UHT milk, tinned vegetables and fruit, dried potato, vacuum packed beetroot. Fresh fruit and vegetables can be donated at our HQ: United Reformed Church, Buxton SK17 6PT.There is a box at theback of St John’s Parish Church, Tideswell, for donations of non-perishable food or toiletries.
